Harry's your crew chief. After every run he reads your iRacing telemetry, asks how the car felt, suggests one setup change with the reason for it, and checks on the next run whether it worked.
Card up front, cancel any time in the trial and you pay nothing. Windows; iRacing telemetry logging on (Alt+L).
How it works
Debrief
Tell Harry how it felt in your own words ("tight in the middle, wanted to spin off 4"). He tells you what he saw, and you agree or disagree.
Next change
One change, with the garage steps, why it works and what to feel for. Nothing to fix? He goes looking for speed instead.
Did it work?
Harry compares the next run with the last, corner by corner, and keeps the history: he knows when you've found the edge.
Coaching
Replay any lap against your best on the real track map: where the time went, and what your slow laps did differently.
Car or driver?
Before blaming the setup, Harry checks whether your laps were steady enough to tell.
Your data stays yours
Everything runs on your PC. Your telemetry never leaves it.
A setup is built for a driver. The fastest one is the one you can drive.

FAQ
Which cars?
NASCAR-style ovals first: ARCA, Trucks, Xfinity, Legends, Late Models. Driving coaching works on any car with telemetry.
Fixed-setup series?
Yes: the debrief and coaching work there too. In a fixed car, it's all driving.
Does it change my setup files?
No. Harry tells you what to change and you make it in the garage, so you learn what each change does.
Mac?
iRacing runs on Windows, so Harry does too.
